Sintered metal fiber felt

  Sintered metal fiber felt is made of metal fiber,can be stainless steel,nickel or others. The process is lapping,laminating and high temperature diffusion-bonding(sintering).

  Sintered fiber felt is a new type of porous material, non-woven metal fiber has superior function than wire cloth, because it has higher porosity ,uniform distribution, greater dirt holding capacity. The felt also can be welded,folded into other shape. For its excellent filter performance, it's also added into sintered mesh or sintered filter element as one layer. Multiple layers of metal fiber felt can also be sintered into filter media.

Feature of the sintered metal fiber felt

1. High corrosion and heat resistance: work temperature resistance can reach to 1000°C, stainless steel or alloy for            corrosion application, the feature for non-metallic textile, ceramic or polymer product can not compete.

5. Enhanced gel removal: Addition of metal fiber felt enhanced gel removal property of sintered filter media and                    eliminates fiber breaks during spinning.
